Step 1 — Program

Choose your block

Term 3 runs for ten weeks at Easts Rugby Union Club, Norman Park. Sundays run the full term from 19 July; Mondays run the final block only (Block 2, weeks 6–10) from 24 August. Training is a weekly direct debit of $139 per player.

Step 5 — Payment

Set up your weekly payment

Set up your weekly direct debit to secure the spot. The first weekly debit is charged today, then the same amount each week for the weeks in your chosen block. You'll confirm the consents on the final step.

Please read and acknowledge each of the following. The first three are required; the photo & video release is your choice.

Program commitment & payment mandate
Rugby Lab Term 3 is a progressive program billed as a weekly direct debit. By registering, I authorise a weekly direct debit of the selected rate for each week of my chosen block. I acknowledge that missed sessions due to illness, travel or fatigue cannot be paused or refunded.
Participation & injury acknowledgement
I give approval for my child's participation in Rugby Lab. Rugby is a contact sport and carries an inherent risk of injury. Rugby Lab uses professional staff (physio / S&C) to triage and manage physical load, but cannot be held responsible for injuries arising from the ordinary risks of the sport.
Medical release authorisation
In the event of a serious injury or medical emergency, I authorise Rugby Lab staff to arrange for my child to receive medical assessment and treatment by appropriately qualified professionals. Rugby Lab will make reasonable efforts to contact me immediately.
Photo & video release — your choice
Rugby Lab has my permission to use my child's photograph and/or video footage (including Hudl analysis clips) to promote the program across marketing materials, website and social media. Rugby Lab will not tag children by full name without further consent. Choose one — your child can still take part either way.
